She offered great insights and took her time reviewing each policy (there are a lot) and she shared possible scenarios to help us in understanding our coverages and what is/is not included. Sarah took a few action items to run new quotes on different coverage amounts and promptly provided the information for my husband and I to review. Sarah communicated that if the quotes were not what we were looking for, that we should let her know and she will consider other options and rerun the numbers. At no point did we feel pressured; it may sound cheesy but by the end of our meeting, Sarah felt like a "good neighbor," someone you trust. We are still working through the final changes to some of the policies but we already more peace of mind knowing that we are shoring-up our coverage. Almost immediately after meeting Sarah, I knew she has a good heart, she is VERY family-focused and we are thrilled that she is now our State Farm agent."
